NASHVILLE, TN: Nashville indie rock band The Hollow Party will release their new self-produced EP, Why Would You Stop at This?, on Friday, September 19, 2025. Written, recorded, produced, and mixed entirely by the band in their self-built South Nashville studio, the six-track EP emerged from a creative sprint beginning in late 2023. Free from external deadlines and studio constraints, the band crafted a cohesive and emotionally resonant record, treating their space as a sonic laboratory. The project, masterfully finalized by Mat Leffler-Schulman (Baltimore, MD), will be available on all major streaming platforms.

“One of my favorite things about this EP is the title,” says vocalist and guitarist Quinn Hopkins. “Why Would You Stop at This? really captures the core themes running through the songs — self-reflection, inner conflict, and the fears we’re often too scared to face. A lot of it is about realizing that the only thing standing between you and the life you want is you. This record is about reigniting that internal fire and rebuilding yourself from the inside out.”

    Tracklist:
    1. “Medicine”
    2. “Dogfight”
    3. “Nightclub” (Instrumental)
    4. “Throw It Out the Window”
    5. “Bones”
    6. “The Past Is Scary”
    7. “Out the Way”
    8. “Drug”

To celebrate the launch of their forthcoming EP, The Hollow Party will headline an official release show at The East Room in Nashville, TN on Friday, September 19, 2025. In conjunction with the event, the band will unveil a limited-edition merchandise collection, available exclusively at the show. Additional live dates and touring plans will be announced in the coming weeks.

    About The Hollow Party:

The Hollow Party is a Nashville-based indie rock band delivering high-octane performances, infectious hooks, and rhythm-soaked anthems. Made up of lifelong best friends Drew Bostwick, Andrew Vendelis, Danny Vinton, and Quinn Hopkins, the band blends their deep-rooted chemistry with a dynamic sound that bridges raw indie grit and polished pop appeal.

Since their formation, The Hollow Party has taken their energetic live show across the country, performing in support of acts like Yellowcard, Fuel, and The Maine. Their sound draws comparisons to Grouplove, Cage the Elephant, The Wombats, and Wallows, while remaining uniquely their own.

With a strong DIY ethic, the band oversees everything from music production and visual design to merch and video content — building a brand that’s as bold and hands-on as their sound. Whether on stage or in the studio, The Hollow Party is driven by passion, friendship, and a relentless pursuit of meaningful connection through music.
