Representing Calvin Klein, where she serves as the brand’s face in India, Disha turned heads in a sleek black backless maxi dress paired with heels. Designed under the creative direction of Veronica Leoni, the look reflected the label’s signature minimalist elegance.
Her confident appearance came just days after a shocking firing incident outside her family home in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

The glamorous outing came in the shadow of unsettling news. On September 12, two unidentified assailants opened fire outside Disha’s father’s residence in Civil Lines, Bareilly, firing 8–10 rounds around 3:30 am. At the time, her parents and sister were inside but escaped unharmed.
Disha’s father, Jagdish Patani, a retired police officer, told ANI: “Two unidentified assailants fired at my residence. Police are making all possible efforts. The gunshots are not indigenous. I came to know through social media that Goldy Brar has taken responsibility, but it is not clear yet.”
Police believe the attack may be linked to alleged remarks about Hindu saints Premanand Ji Maharaj and Aniruddhacharya Maharaj by Disha’s sister Khushboo Patani, which the family says were misrepresented. The Goldy Brar group has claimed responsibility in a viral post, and investigations are ongoing.
Despite the turmoil, Disha carried herself with poise at NYFW. She was seen mingling with international stars, including Lily Collins, Jungkook of BTS, Christopher Briney, Naomi Watts, Emily Ratajkowski, Rosalia, and Jalen Green.
