The trailer for John Abraham’s upcoming film, The Diplomat, is out, giving a proper feel of a politically intense thriller. The trailer has been released on the birth anniversary of the late Shri Sushma Swaraj and pays homage to her serious efforts in supporting Indian diplomat JP Singh in bringing back India’s daughter home in 2017.

Based on the life of Indian diplomat J.P. Singh on a mission to rescue an Indian woman and bring her back to India, John Abraham will be seen portraying the role of J.P. Singh. The story stresses India’s strategic strength and resilience to fight with brains, not force.
Directed by Shivam Nair, The Diplomat stars Sadia Khateeb, Sharib Hashmi, Revathy, and Kumud Mishra in key roles. Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, John Abraham. Vipul D. Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Sameer Dixit, Jatish Varma, and Rakesh Dang, the film is all set to hit the big screens on March 7.
