Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh will be seen playing a detective for the first time in his upcoming film Detective Sherdil. The makers of the upcoming thriller comedy film have released the trailer of the movie today. The investigative comedy drama will directly premiere on OTT.

Other than Diljit Dosanjh, the comedy-mystery film stars Diana Penty, Boman Irani, Ratna Pathak Shah, Banita Sandhu, and Sumit Vyas. Set to premiere on Zee5, the trailer promises the film to have a perfect dose of mystery with a sprinkle of comedy as well.
Produced by Ali Himanshu Mehra, Ali Abbas Zafar, Rohini Singh, and Manmeet Singh, the upcoming investigative comedy film is directed by Ravi Chhabriya and is all set to stream on ZEE5 from June 20. The film is co-written by Ali Abbas Zafar, Sagar Bajaj, and Ravi Chhabriya.
