    In the last decade, Rap music has become a new trend in our country. India has given birth to so many new rappers, especially after the release of the movie Gully Boy. Even the big stars have rappers rapping one or two songs in their films.

    In this article, we will talk about India’s top 5 male trending rappers. They are quite popular on social media; moreover, they have become a household name, especially among youngsters and children.

    1. Badshah

    With 11.6 million followers on Instagram, Badshah tops the list. We all love to groove on his rap songs such as Jugnu, Tabahi, Mercy, Paani Paani and a lot more.

    2. Yo Yo Honey Singh

    If there’s any rapper who became a celebrity before anybody else, it was undoubtedly Yo Yo Honey Singh. He enjoys 8.6 million followers on Insta and has many famous numbers in kitty like Blue Eyes, Desi Kalakaar, Lungi Dance etc.

    3. Emiway Bantai

    Emiway is a Mumbai-based rapper who has gained a lot of attention after the success of Aur Bantai. With 3.8 million followers, he fixes his spot at number 3 on the list. Khatam Hue Waande and Phirse Machayenge are some of his most famous numbers.

    4. RAFTAAR

    With 3.4 million followers, RAFTAAR, who has started his career by teaching students how to dance, comes 4th on our list. Sheikh Chilli, Baby Marvake Maanegi and Ghana Kasoota are some of his best rap songs.

    5. Divine

    You can understand the popularity of Divine if you know the film Gully Boy is loosely based on the life story of Divine and Naezy. With 1.7 million followers, he comes 5th on the list. His famous numbers are Mirchi, City Slum, Meri Gully Mein and a lot more.
