Just your average 26 year old I feel. I work as a professional singer, entertainment manager and do some teaching on the side. Constantly working on my craft and getting better. Love catching up with friends and hanging out at home on the couch… haha.
WHO WOULD YOU LIKE TO GIVE CREDIT TO FOR YOUR SUCCESS?
Myself. I worked really hard when I was younger to be the singer I am now, and still working hard. Obviously next on the list to thank are my singing teachers and my family who support me 100% of the time. Very grateful.
WHO IS THAT ONE PERSON OR EVENT THAT HAS INFLUENCED YOUR GROWTH THE MOST AND HOW?
Hmmm… I don’t know if there is just one person or event… When I was 12 I just knew I wanted to sing and as soon as I started lessons something just clicked and it was a simple “this is what I’m doing from now on.” Then I was inspired by artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Eva Cassidy, Tina Arena… the list goes on.
WHAT IS THAT ONE THING THAT YOU ALWAYS KEEP IN YOUR MIND WHILE PREPARING YOUR CONTENT FOR INSTAGRAM OR SOCIAL MEDIA?
To keep it looking professional. I view Instagram as a mini-website/advertising place for artists. Sometimes there is a personal post but I mostly stick to career/singing posts.
WHAT’S ONE TREND THAT REALLY EXCITES YOU?
I really don’t know, I don’t even feel I’m up to date with ‘trends’ haha…
WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE TO A BUDDING ARTIST?
Nothing’s easy. Keep going, don’t give up.
