    Mindful living is being completely present, completely engaged with your thoughts, your emotions, the things that are about you, and the activities you’re doing at this very moment. It’s relaxing, listening without judgment, and watching life unfold. Rather than racing through your day in an automatic pilot, you listen to every single detail, and you discover beauty and significance in tiny things.

    As you live in the present, you naturally think less about the future and the past. Most of our stress is created by regrets or anxieties over things that are beyond our control. Mindfulness interrupts the pattern for you by anchoring you in the moment.     Easy Ways to Begin Mindful Living
