The Veteran Cricketer, Mithali Raj who has always been the guiding light for women’s cricket in India for over two decades has been appointed as the new brand ambassador for L’oreal Paris.
She seems to be the perfect choice to endorse L’oreal Paris, as the brand endeavours to empower women who have embraced their unique self and chosen the path less travelled.
Besides Mithali, actress Aditi Rao Hydari and popular TV personality, Shakti Mohan has also been roped in to expand the brand’s ambition of various shades of beauty.
Mithali in a statement said, “The life I’ve created on this path made me who I am and I’m worth it. I am excited to collaborate with L’Oreal Paris and spread the message of beauty and inclusivity. Women must be encouraged to see the beauty in their uniqueness.”
Earlier, Aishwarya Rai along with Sonam Kapoor used to endorse the brand. More often than not, brand goes for glamorous faces for the endorsement; however, having cricketer Mithali Raj on board seems to be an unconventional choice in this sense.
