I’m a Valentine’s day baby that has a real appreciation of beauty.I am a sunscreen addict. I’m shy at first but warm up quickly, allowing me to make friends easily. I was raised by the beach and that’s where I feel my happiest. I love to hike, and be active. I believe beauty is a state of mind, being the traditional physical meaning.
WHERE ARE YOU FROM AND WHERE DO YOU LIVE?
I’m Brazilian and Italian, I’ve been living full-time in the United States since 2017
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
I like to sew, read, watch Netflix, go to the beach and work out. My main thing is definitely walking, I walk everywhere and do not like driving at all. A city without good subway, bus system or that isn’t walkable is my worst nightmare.
CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY?
I used to model when I was younger, I did H&M, two specials for the French magazine Madame Figaro, as well as many commercials for Portugal and Brazil. I used to act outside of school in productions like The Sound Of Music, but once I moved it all stopped. Since then I have focused on my studies, but my drive to be creative and work with media has never left me.
IF YOU HAD TO DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN THREE WORDS, WHAT WOULD THEY BE?
Creative, observant, goofy
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
My family. I want to make them proud and live a happy life for them by being true to myself. They have all made sacrifices for me, and showing them that it was worth it makes me keep going.
SHARE SOMETHING OUR AUDIENCE WOULDN’T KNOW ABOUT YOU.
I have lived in five different countries, and it has definitely shaped who I am. I had to learn English very quickly when I was 10 years-old so I could go to school abroad, and since then I haven’t stopped learning new languages
HOW DID YOU GET INTO FASHION?
I’ve always loved fashion, but when the pandemic first started I took it a step further and got my own sewing machine to make my own pieces and I immediately fell in love with the process. I took a fashion course in Ipanema, Brazil and am always learning techniques.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO PROMOTE?
I want to promote beauty outside of the conventional way, and remind people that taking care of themselves is also a big part of beauty. I’d also like to promote that it’s okay to not feel your best self all the time, and sometimes it can feel frustrating when you don’t feel amazing about how you look when everyone else does. Ups and downs are natural, but we should strive to love ourselves no matter what. I was invited by the e-magazine Brand Education to have my own platform, so I am able to express my message with them.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS?
My goals are to become well-known in the beauty industry as more than just a trend-follower, but a trend-setter and make my own space. I aspire to someday be a business owner of my own brand and line of clothing.
