Hera Pheri is one of the most loved franchises of Hindi cinema, and fans are eagerly waiting for the third installment of the movie. However, Paresh Rawal quitting the movie came as a shock to everyone because Rawal’s character, Baburao, is the most popular character from the movie.
“I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER . I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director,” actor Paresh Rawal tweeted, giving shocking news to all the Hera Pheri franchise lovers.
According to the media reports, actor Akshay Kumar, who has bought the films’ rights from Firoz Nadiadwala, has sued Paresh Rawal for 25 crore. Priyadarshan, who directed the first Hera Pheri and came back to direct the third installment of the franchise, said that “I have no idea what happened. His exit is actually a shock for me. All I will tell you is I am hurt. I started it (the third part), and all of a sudden, he backed out. He hasn’t given me any explanation.I am hurt”.
Giving an interview to a media channel, Suniel Shetty, who is an integral part of the Hera Pheri trio, said that he was “completely heartbroken” after getting to know about Rawal’s quit. “I mean, it’s an absolute shock to me, and I’m here because I heard it yesterday, and then today, some more news came about. So, I need to call and find out, and I’m completely heartbroken because if there was one film that I was looking forward to, it was Hera Pheri, you know,”. Suniel Shetty also made it clear that he feels a third installment cannot happen without ‘Babu Bhaiya,” Shetty said.
