The makers of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai have released the official trailer of the film, and it promises to be a signature David Dhawan style of comedy film. The veteran filmmaker is bringing a film with son Varun Dhawan, which also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde.

During the trailer launch, filmmaker David Dhawan got emotional while talking about how his sons stood by him during his health struggles and hospitalization. “He has been a great son first, I would say. He has always looked after me, my health, anything, you know. He is always there, standing by,” the legendary filmmaker said.
Set to release in theaters on June 5, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai also stars Rakesh Bedi, Chunky Panday, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy, Rajesh Kumar, and Ali Asgar in key roles. The film is backed by Tips Films Ltd and co-produced by Maximilian Films (UK).
