December 3 2021, Noida/Greater Noida: Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited (JSHL) continuing its fight against infringement of its trademark, has registered a FIR against MK Agriculture and Fabrication (Mustaqim Saifi, Proprietor) before Dadri Police Station, Greater Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar Commissionerate) u/s 63 & 64 of The Copy Right Act, 1957.
The Investigating officer conducted a raid at the premises of MK Agriculture and Fabrication and seized around 1-tonne of counterfeit stainless steel pipes with Jindal mark worth value of around Rs.2.5 lakhs.
Jindal Stainless is keeping a continuous tab on infringement of its trademark and will continue to take stricter actions against such trademark infringers.
