On April 18th, Ewreckage’s song “Crystal Blue” debuted at #1 on the iTunes Portugal Singles chart. Trailing right behind the chart-topper were Ewreckage’s “Keep My Cool”, “Currents”, “Shivers”, and “Thanks For Nothing”.
This makes Ewreckage the first Portuguese artist to simultaneously hold the Top 5 positions on the iTunes Portugal Singles chart. The only other artist verified to accomplish this milestone is the K-pop group BTS.
Other songs within the Top 10 included Zzoilo and Aitana’s “Mon Amour (Remix)”, and Camila Cabello and Ed Sheeran’s “Bam Bam”.
Ewreckage, also known as Eric Jay Santos, is an American musical artist of Portuguese heritage. Similar to the likes of DJ Khaled, Benny Blanco, and Marshmello, he recruits different vocalists to collaborate on his tracks.
