Akshay Kumar is one of the most versatile and popular actors in the Indian film industry. Even though his last a few films make a mark at the box office, his talent and acting skills can’t be ignored. Known for his ability to flawlessly change between genres—be it action, comedy, or drama—Kumar has given numerous superhits over the years. Here are the three must-watch movies of Akshay Kumar:

    1. Hera Pheri

Released in 2000, Hera Pheri is considered a cult classic comedy film that has become a staple in Indian cinema. The film is directed by Priyadarshan, and it stars Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty other than Akshay Kumar. For those who love watching comedy movies, Hera Pheri is indeed a must-watch.

    2. Airlift

Portraying the real-life hero Ranjit Katyal in Airlife, Akshay Kumar gives a powerful performance that helps him earn critical acclaim and showcases his ability to give some serious subjects with depth and sensitivity. Released in 2016, Airlift is an action-thriller about the evacuation of Indians from Kuwait during the Gulf War in 1990.

    3. Pad Man

Inspired by the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who reformed menstrual hygiene in rural India, Pad Man is another milestone film in Akhay Kumar’s long career. Directed by R. Balki, the film breaks the taboos surrounding menstruation and talks about the importance of women’s health.
