Camilla Araujo has released Becoming Her, a documentary that chronicles her decision to step away from an OnlyFans career she says generated more than $20 million and fundamentally changed her life.
The film was published on her YouTube channel and crossed 600,000 views within its first 24 hours.
“Over the last three years, I’ve gained over 30 million followers and made over $20 million, mostly through OnlyFans. But today, I quit. And the reason probably isn’t what you think,” Araujo says in the opening moments of the documentary.
In the film, Araujo reflects on growing up as the daughter of immigrants and the pressure of being the firstborn in the United States.
“I think people have this image that I grew up with a silver spoon, that I was extremely wealthy. It’s actually the exact opposite,” she says. “My parents shared a one-bedroom apartment with four people and worked relentlessly. They came to the United States to chase the American dream, and when they had me, they saw an opportunity.”
Araujo recalls enrolling at East Carolina University to fulfill her parents’ hopes for her future.

“That was one of their biggest dreams for me, college,” she says. “I was a regular college girl, living in a dorm, going to classes, partying. But there was something in me that wanted more.”
Her trajectory changed after a viral appearance as Player 067 in a MrBeast Squid Game video.
“People didn’t know my name. They only knew me as 067,” Araujo explains. “So I chased that. I chased the virality, the fame, that feeling again.”
She later dropped out of college to pursue content creation full time.
“My heart wasn’t in college,” she says. “Nothing mattered if you weren’t getting views. More views meant more money, and once I understood that, it was game over.”
In exclusive comments released alongside the documentary, Araujo said, “I didn’t leave OnlyFans out of regret. I left because I grew. Becoming Her is my story—but it’s also proof of what persistence can build.”
